This page explains how the «Ministry of Apples» shop and the owner's

related private tools handle data.

Customer data

When you place an order we receive only what you enter yourself: your

name, a way to reach you and the contents of the order. That is enough

to contact you and hand over the goods.

• We do not pass this data to third parties.
• We do not use it for mailings you did not ask for.
• Payment happens outside the site; card details never reach us.

If you want your data deleted, write to us and we will delete it.

The owner's personal tools

Separately from the shop, the owner runs private tools for herself:

a food diary and a training log. They live on the same server and are

accessible only to her.

These tools may connect to third-party services with her own consent

— for example to WHOOP, to pull in her own workouts, sleep and recovery

metrics automatically.

• Data is fetched only for the account owner who granted access.
• It is stored on a private server and shared with no one.
• Access can be revoked at any time in that service's own settings,

after which the data stops flowing.

• These tools serve no other users.

Storage

Data sits on a private server in Europe. Only the owner has access.

Backups exist so that nothing is lost and are kept in the same place.
